Is your child having sleep issues? Establishing a healthy sleep foundation is the first step. It's important to look at sleep environment, nutrition, daily activities and schedule, family dynamics, and several other factors when helping a child develop healthy sleep habits.

Lacey is a Maternity and Child Sleep Consultant certified through the International Parenting Institute. She has worked with a number of families helping improve sleep in infants, children, and adults. Through her assessment and careful observation, she helps families implement the changes necessary using helpful tools and different sleep training modalities creating a personalized sleep plan for every individual.

Sleep Consulting Packages

Zoom Consultation US$405:
 

  • Includes a one-hour zoom consultation discussing sleep issues, daily logs, family dynamics, parenting styles, nutrition, assessment of child's sleep environment, and client's goals and expectations.

  • Includes a personalized sleep plan presented to you via email following the consultation. This sleep plan is created for parents to implement.

  • Includes 1 follow up 15 min phone call

  • Includes 4 weeks follow-up coaching via email/text. Available via email and text Mon-Sat between 8 am and 8 pm. I will return emails/texts as promptly as possible.

 

In-Home Consultation US$475:
 

  • Includes a one-hour in-home consultation discussing sleep issues, daily logs, family dynamics, parenting styles, nutrition, assessment of child's sleep environment, and client's goals and expectations.

  • Includes a personalized sleep plan presented to you via email following the consultation. This sleep plan is created for parents to implement.

  • Includes 1 follow up 15 min phone call

  • Includes 4 weeks follow-up coaching via email/text. Available via email and text Mon-Sat between 8 am and 8 pm. I will return emails/texts as promptly as possible.

 

In-Person Sleep Training US$510/night or ($2500 for 5 nights):
 

This option is after we have already had a zoom or in-home consultation. The foundation sleep elements are always implemented before any sleep training methods begin. Lacey will come to your home for in person training from 7pm-6am. We offer several different bundle packages that include consultation and the in-home, one-on-one sleep training options. 

Refund Policy:

After services begin, there are no refunds, with the exception of illness or emergency.

 

Payment:

Payment is due in full upon the date of your consultation. You will receive an invoice via email. Payment methods include Venmo, Zelle, check or cash. Credit card options available for families outside the US.
